tara good Tara Good has spent most of her life striving to find places to serve others. In all of her teachings, she works to give students what they need in that moment, drawing off her years of experience in the field of yoga and meditation. Every minute of every day is in a constant state of flux, and the practices that are needed to ground, centre, and heal are always evolving with the present moment. She offers students the tools that they need for whatever is being experienced in the moment to bring them back to a state of wholeness. Tara is a lululemon Ambassador with a degree in psychology, over 500 hours of Yoga Alliance certified training, and is a Thai Yoga massage practitioner and Reiki Master. Kate evans Kate is an accomplished Runner, Swimmer, Rock Climber and recently took up Skateboarding. While working full time in Healthcare IT as a registered nurse she has come to understand the importance of taking care of your body and mind while managing an active lifestyle and demanding career. Yoga for Runners came out of the need to bring Kate's love of running, yoga and anatomy. She loves to integrate sports psychology into her classes as a tool to help enhance running performance. sopEARIN YOS I have been working out since I was 14 and have played sports my entire life giving me a strong athletic background. jONATHAN PHAIR Jonathan focuses on how yoga can improve functional movement, the importance of alignment and stability, and how to keep your body safe while practicing. He often challenges his students to rethink each pose and their practice so that it better serves themselves. In his class you can expect to be given the tools to take ownership of your practice and to have a few laughs along the way.
