In the beginning, expect to break a SWEAT as you mindfully move through poses designed to connect strengthening and toning. Midway, we'll STRETCH and connect the breath to help improve balance, build strength and increase your flexibility. At the end, we'll SYNC through shavasana meditations, 1-5 minute relaxation massages and hands-on reiki.

This workshop will be covering the basics of the jewellery making process called, “Lost Wax Casting”.
What you should expect to learn from this workshop is an introduction of the materials and tools used, the different applications and process.

The workshop will consist of evidence based lessons from the Mindfulness Without Borders Program, including TUZA, basic science behind the brain, paying attention + mindful listening, discovering the inside + the anchor breath, practice gratitude, mind-body connection.
This training is designed for yoga teachers wanting to work with the recovery population. It is also found to be extremely relevant and helpful for therapists, counselors, social workers, probation officers and others with a desire to understand how the ancient philosophies and practices of yoga align with the 12-step program of recovery.
