Mindfulness through the 5 senses | Natalie Pierzchalski

Our vision is to create an experience that engages, stimulates and educates you on holistic health and mindfulness, through the 5 senses.

We know that many of us create new intentions around health at the beginning of the year and often it can be focused on losing weight or exercising more. What if we could help shift the mindset to one that is more holistic in nature? By engaging in our senses, we can draw attention to a more multifaceted way of looking at body, mind, spirit connections and overall wellness.

Limbus™ | The Limbus Movement

Limbus™ is more than a workout, it’s a movement.  The Workout is based on the Limbus Method (a proprietary process developed by experts in mental and physical health) constructed on the pillars of CONNECTION, CHALLENGE, PLAY and GROWTH.  Participants will be guided through a physically challenging workout that intentionally integrates mental and emotional fitness.  The Workout blends the physical, mental and emotional experience leaving participants feeling stronger and healthier in more ways than one.   The Workout combines a mix of powerful and expressive meditative movements that will tax the physical body, with emotional cues intentioned to guide each tribe member to experience connecting to themselves, challenging their self-limiting belief, being playful, and moving towards growth.  With meditative repetitive movements, we can tune in to what’s going on in the now, as opposed to concentrating on what comes next.

MOVEMENT PREHAB for RUNNERS

ATTENTION RUNNERS - RECLAIM YOUR STRIDE!

Are you training for the upcoming Scotia Bank Marathon, or looking to address nagging lower back pain that never seems to go away?

The stick mobility movement therapy program has been designed just for you. Created to help you move better, Stick Mobility helps to increase your functional range of motion, full body strength, posture, stability, and proprioception (body awareness). The use of the stick gives leverage that allows you to access ranges you normally could not reach. This will enable you to easily apply tension, strengthen different ranges and get to know your body in a new way.

This program will act as a reintroduction to your feet, glute complex, and challenge your single leg stability/strength through isometric holds.

Class sizes are kept in intimate groups to allow for individualized attention and instruction as athletes are guided through the movements.
