Deepen your meditation practice and learn to guide others through theirs. Meditation is a powerful practice used to integrate the mind, body, and soul. Explore the intricacies of facilitating this evolving practice through, holding space and utilizing and heightening your intuition. Learn specific meditation techniques such as breathwork and pranayama, journey meditations, body scans, and mantra.
This class encourages you to move from a state of Doing to a state of Being by exploring a series of long-held, passive floor postures using blankets and blocks to support the body. This support gives the body and nervous system feedback that it's okay to relax and shift from Fight or Flight mode to a state of Rest and Digest.
This is a gentle, meditative style of yoga that is open to all ages and levels.
