We're Hoame for the Holidays! Join us at our holiday market Sunday December 9th for a mindful (not stressful!) experience. Choose if you want to attend our Morning Market 9am-12pm or our Afternoon Market 2-5pm. We’ll have a variety of holiday vendors and treats for you as well as yoga classes by lululemon in the Light room and Hoame meditation classes in the Dark room!

Included: a shopping bag, slippers, adaptogenic hot chocolate and access to the two classes!

This intimate journaling workshop, 'The Art of the Training Log', is Mango Peeler's first workshop to celebrate his residency at lululemon. The workshop will consist of a short visualization run in the neighbourhood followed by a studio session in his new dojo. As the leaves have fallen and the winter is fast approaching, it's time for us to slow down and set new goals for winter training.

Shapes and Sounds is a class developed by award winning musician, Desirée Dawson.

Shapes and Sounds is a combination of yin and restorative yoga practices with sound healing through live instrumentation. This class focuses on slow mindful movements with longer holds to allow deep relaxation and the space to acknowledge what arises physically and emotionally when we allow ourselves to be still. The sounds of Desirée's voice, ukulele, and other healing instruments wash over you to heighten and support you in this gentle heart opening practice.

Are you training for the upcoming Scotia Bank Marathon, or looking to address nagging lower back pain that never seems to go away?

The stick mobility movement therapy program has been designed just for you. Created to help you move better, Stick Mobility helps to increase your functional range of motion, full body strength, posture, stability, and proprioception (body awareness). The use of the stick gives leverage that allows you to access ranges you normally could not reach. This will enable you to easily apply tension, strengthen different ranges and get to know your body in a new way.

This program will act as a reintroduction to your feet, glute complex, and challenge your single leg stability/strength through isometric holds.

Class sizes are kept in intimate groups to allow for individualized attention and instruction as athletes are guided through the movements.
