Join ACRO BUDDHAS for an ACRO YOGA WORKSHOP.
In this two hour workshop we will explore the synergy between the lineages of yoga and acrobatics!
We will guide you through foundational acro yoga postures and calibrations, partner yoga, assisted inversions, and therapeutic flying!
- This Sweat Session is $25
- Beginners are welcome, however it's preferred to have an established yoga practice or fitness regime of at least three months.
- Please wear athletic apparel you can move in. No loose baggy clothing.
- No partner required - although we encourage you to bring one to build your practice with.
