An Invigorating 2-Hour Moving Meditation
During this extended practice, we will work on diving deeper into our inner landscape to develop a better understanding of our practice, strengthen our self-awareness, and focus on mindful expression of advanced postures.
This challenging asana class aims to complement your regular yoga practice. The extended class format will allow us time to bring harmony between the body, the mind, and the breath. We will be exploring a full practice that includes advanced asanas that target every part of the body. From shoulders to the spine, and hips to the toes, arm balances and inversions, pranayama practice, and seated meditation.
