This class will combine full body conditioning with boxing technique and focus pads. Learn proper boxing stance and punches through individual, partner and group activities. You will condition your body and mind like a boxer through high intensity dynamic training.
Class will be taught by Jackie Saleh, certified boxing coach through Boxing Ontario and certified personal trainer.
