Produced by Embiria Wellness, and facilitated by Nutritionist Keren Chen (aka @kombucha.mami), this Brew Your Own 'Buch Workshop at Lululemon will go over everything you need in order to brew kombucha from the comfort of your home!
The session will kick off with with an overview of the scientific benefits of kombucha and probiotics on your gut health and overall well-being. Once you have a basic foundation, you'll enjoy flight tastings to sample kombuchas made from 3 different tea leaves. Participants will then follow along in a step-by-step instruction of setting up your first home-brew.
Plus, you'll leave this workshop with your very own SCOBY to get started right away at home!
