You may ask yourself WHY you do the things you do. What is the greater picture? How are you going to use your gifts in this world? In meditation, we'll let the noise of everyday life fall into the background so that our purpose, our WHY, can take its spot in the foreground. Take this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, and to ask any questions about meditation and mindfulness. Beginners to meditation are most welcomed.
Please note that while this is the second class of a 3-part series, the classes are created so that you can drop in to any one class. Attending more than one class is not required.
