You’ll be knocking off 10,000 steps when you hit the streets on race day; think of your potential if each one could be even a tiny bit more efficient. This workshop is designed to refine run technique, improve efficiency, and increase resiliency to injuries. We’ll cover topics such as pre-run routine, drills to improve running mechanics, strategies to tackle hills, and how and when to stretch. All levels of runners are welcome and should come prepared to head outside.
