Saturday, January 27th from 4:30-6:30pm & Sunday, January 28th from 4:40-6:30pm.
Intimate, restorative yoga classes led by a qualified yoga instructor. We then combine that with massage based adjustments offered by a skilled and intuitive bodyworker. Together they will both adjust and massage throughout the practice.
The rumours are true, yep, we massage you while you lie in the most supportive yoga poses. Think back rubs, foot massages, and our famous head massage during savasana. If you feel you are lacking touch in your life, or your partner sucks at giving you the back massage you deserve, this is for you.
