Join Arti from yoga4good for Flow + Fundraise, a gentle vinyasa flow yoga class. Vinyasa is a style of yoga in which each movement is linked to your inhalation or exhalation. These classes invite you to experience conscious breath while working on strength, alignment and focus, allowing you to listen to the needs of your unique body. The goal is to create a therapeutic effect on the full being, rather than attaining the "perfect pose". All participants are invited to stay after class and connect over a cup of David’s Tea.
$20 in cash will be collected before class by the instructor to support yoga4good's charity recipients.
March 24th 4:00pm-5:00pm
April 13th 4:30pm-5:30pm

Arti Meyers is the Founder of yoga4good. She was first introduced to yoga as a child of Indian parents living in Oakville. Having practised for over 30 years, yoga has always been the anchor that kept things in check during a busy life that included 3 children and 7 international moves as a family.
As a former secondary school teacher with a passion for International Development, education has always been highly valued. After moving back home, Arti obtained her 200 hour yoga teaching certification at YogaSpace in Toronto, and is currently working on attaining her 300 hour certification. Arti’s teaching style emits a joyful energy with a compassionate and calming delivery, focussing on the breath and a nurturing environment.
