Hardstyle Metcon is a sweaty mix of Hardstyle Kettlebell training, bodyweight training and metabolic conditioning. It’s a great class for those who are looking to increase their strength and athleticism. Our Hardstyle Metcon class also includes solo workouts, so that you can maximize your results and apply what you learn in class to your own training.
