HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, a form of exercise that elevates your heart rate through combinations of cardio and muscle conditioning. It will leave you dripping!
But don't let that scare you - HIIT with Hannah has been designed with ALL fitness levels in mind, allowing participants to push themselves to their individual limit. With the aim of keeping repetition to a minimum (while maximizing results) this class includes a dynamic set of exercises that focus on muscle toning (ie. booty), core stability, and proper form.
