Self-care has been a much buzzed about hot topic in the wellness community for some time, but the true importance of it and how it is linked to your emotional eating and food restriction is rarely discussed. Self-care is about so much more than a hot bath, massage or an Instagram worthy setup, it requires some soul searching and a plan.

This workshop will introduce and discuss important topics like mindful eating (how to do it), self-care and reducing stress. You will gain valuable insight and understanding on how to eat intuitively, how to trust yourself around food, how to develop your own self-care routine and simple strategies to deal with stress.
At the end of the workshop, you will walk away with a renewed sense of how to show yourself love in a way that feels meaningful to you and come up with your own routine on exactly how to include basic self-care practices.
