Join us for a workshop that will help you prepare for the Toronto Waterfront 10K and get the most out the event!

Open to runners of all levels, we'll spend the hour talking about what you need to do in order to keep your joints happy and healthy for running!

We'll go over the pre-requisites you need in your joints for running, specific mobility techniques that will help you get those pre-requisites, and what you can do for your pre-run warm-up and post-run recovery.

There will be time at the end for questions so please bring any that you have!
