Have you been thinking about writing more? Experiencing writer’s block? Avoiding writing, because you don’t think you’re good enough? Just Write is here to help you get your writing project off the ground by combining writing exercises with yoga and mindfulness training to help you to overcome your creative barriers.
The workshop will include a a discussion about mindfulness and the creative process, a shot yin yoga practice, and a series of writing exercises that will help you to kickstart your writing. Attendees should wear clothing appropriate for a yoga practice, but also something warmer to put on before or afterwards. Please bring a laptop, or a notebook & pen for writing.
