This is no 45-minute grinder. It’s a combination of high-intensity training, unconventional rest periods and an opportunity to battle and improve your technique.
Classic and non classical Kettlebell exercises such as Swings, Cleans, Snatch, Presses, Windmills and Turkish Get Up will be covered.
