Join Megan Marie Gates for an exploration through sound healing as meditation. Together we will cover the resonant and healing effects of sound work; the meditative effect of sound on our brain, the use of droning instruments, mantras + toning, and how to effectively use sound in our personal practice. We will end our time together with a full sound bath set to the crystal singing bowls.
