The stick mobility movement therapy program has been designed just for you. Created to help you move better, Stick Mobility helps to increase your functional range of motion, full body strength, posture, stability, and proprioception (body awareness). The use of the stick gives leverage that allows you to access ranges you normally could not reach. This will enable you to easily apply tension, strengthen different ranges and get to know your body in a new way.
This program will act as a reintroduction to your feet, glute complex, and challenge your single leg stability/strength through isometric holds.
Class sizes are kept in intimate groups to allow for individualized attention and instruction as athletes are guided through the movements.
