While there are a lot of exercise classes that address the pursuits of a healthy body, PAUSE addresses the common aches and pains of daily life and the emotional stressors that come with it. So many people living are experiencing high levels of stress: many live with insomnia, headaches, muscular tension and the emotional impacts without realizing they don’t have to.
