A contemporary spin on traditional Pilates - This upbeat, fast moving class focuses on the Pilates Powerhouse (abs, lower back, butt). You'll work multiple muscle groups at once using your own body resistance to fatigue muscle groups without bulking them up. You’ll feel (and see) muscles in your midsection you didn’t even know existed. Strengthen your core, increase your flexibility and torch calories while toning your body to great tunes! It's not easy but that's exactly why it works!
