Put a little Pop into your Yoga with these energetic flows underscored by an energized and thoughtfully curated playlist. Launched last year at the LA-based Pop Physique studio at Yonge and St. Clair, this class combines movement, postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance.
Mindfulness will be weaved throughout this strong, flowing practice, and the final resting pose of savasana will tie it all together. You will leave feeling both grounded and energized!
