Real love: 4 ways to cultivate healthier relationships in life is designed to help us shift from believing in negative self-talk, these stories that prevent us from getting what we want, to creating positive and empowering realities for our everyday life.
This workshop is taught by Kim Yee, Wellness Executive of Muse: the brain-sensing head band and meditation facilitator at Luminous Ground, a not-for-profit organization that brings meditation to the Toronto community. Kim has completed over 500 hours of formal meditation training and works closely with her meditation teacher Paul Baranowksi, founder and senior teacher of Luminous Ground.
