September feels like a great time to reset after the fun-filled, perhaps indulgent, summer months. As we shift into late season, and eventually welcome autumn, let's press pause and tap into a more introspective state of being. If you're feeling the itch to connect with yourself, your intentions, and revisit forgotten resolutions, Brittany invites you to treat yourself to this workshop.
You can expect to have the space and time to build a plan for your own goals and intentions. We will reflect on best practices for goal setting, healthy habits, and ways to stay accountable.
This is a hands-on workshop that invites you to bring ideas, and even written notes if you so choose, about areas of your life that you would like to place more focus on. Brittany will guide you through a creative process for designing a visual plan for this reset!
Participants please bring:
- any notes about your own goals, intentions, or areas of your life that you want to give attention to
- creative visuals (whether it be anything from magazine clippings to nature scraps)
*NOTE: You do not have to design your plan in an artistic way - supplies for art making will be provided but each individual has full creative freedom
