Rest + Restore with Conscious Yogi

 

This class encourages you to move from a state of Doing to a state of Being by exploring a series of long-held, passive floor postures using blankets and blocks to support the body. This support gives the body and nervous system feedback that it's okay to relax and shift from Fight or Flight mode to a state of Rest and Digest. 

This is a gentle, meditative style of yoga that is open to all ages and levels.
