You've been training and you're ready to race. To help you hit that PB we are offering this workshop!
Strength for runners is a comprehensive seminar for your everyday runner, geared towards injury prevention via strength development and nutritional strategy.
The event will consist of a general movement assessment directed by Catalyst Health chiropractor, Dr. Danny Dulay, and chiropractor & movement specialist, Dr. Georges Dagher, followed by a movement portion (warmup + workout) led by strength coach Pedro Malvar.
Post movement, nutritionist Marc Capistrano will touch upon nutrition for your running goals and afterward there will be a Q&A with coaches to end the afternoon.
Food & Refreshments will be served post workout.
