Join movement expert Jennifer Mansell and meditation teacher Cassidy Thedorf from Just Be Meditation for this workshop to Sync Up both body and breath through meditation and movement. Opening and closing with guided meditations, the workshop will focus on finding FLOW. We'll explore how our bodies want to move in a guided intuitive movement. Beginners to both movement and meditation are welcomed!
