The TAKE 5 YOUTH MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP is a three day workshop for youth ages 13-18. The workshop will consist of evidence based lessons from the Mindfulness Without Borders Program, including:

  • TUZA
  • Basic Science Behind the Brain
  • Paying Attention +Mindful Listening
  • Discovering the Inside + The Anchor Breath
  • Practicing Gratitude
  • Mind-Body Connection

This workshop will also include fun self empowerment and development activities such as goal/intention setting, daily journaling (free writing, postive aspects/gratitude and/or doodling) and vision board making.

Participants will leave the program with these tools:

  • SELF AWARENESS + RECOGNITION OF GIFTS
  • EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING
  • RESPONSIVE LISTENING + COMMUNICATION
  • RESILIENCE + STRESS MANAGEMENT
  • AUTHENTIC CONNECTION + RELATIONAL TRUST

  • Mindfulness Session: Mind + Body, Loving Kindness Circle
  • Start Vision Board Cutouts

July 18, 2018 11am- 3pm: THE HUSTLE 

  • Opening Meditation + Complete Vision Boarding
  • Mindfulness Session: Review Mindful Listening and Body Scan
  • Closing Meditation + Journalling
  • Full Manifestation with Vision Board Meditation
