Studies show mindfulness reduces stress, increases focus, and builds resiliency. How does it work? The Centre for Mindfulness Studies is a charity and leader in training mindfulness teachers. We are committed to making mindfulness for mental health available to all. We will offer four 1-hour drop-in classes, each designed to learn how to practice mindfulness with a Q&A portion. Each class will focus on a particular type of mindful awareness:
· Sept 23 - thoughts
· Learn proven techniques to improve well-being and reduce stress
· Practice mindfulness with feedback and guidance
· Develop resources to help you feel more alive in everyday life
· Participate in an open forum to ask questions about mindfulness meditation
