Join Alena and Vince for an afternoon of sweat, connection and friendship. We will challenge ourselves both physically and mentally, and participants will leave feeling stronger and more connected to who they are. We will complete a workout followed by a mental training workshop. In this powerful and though-provoking session, we will define our own answer for one of life's biggest questions.
Alena is a strength and conditioning coach and creator of Training2XL that has worked with many elite athletes across various sports, but believes that everyone is an athlete in their own right. She will coach you through a strength workout focused on sound technique and lots of good vibes.
Vince is a former NCAA and CFL coach and founder of Legacy Coaching - mental training for life and sport. He guides athletes to discover who they are beyond what they do.
