Whether you are a complete beginner or you want to learn the foundations of yoga and meditation, this course has you covered! Each session will begin with a quick discussion and guided meditation, followed by a structured yoga class. The class will end with a yoga flow (practicing what we have learned) and silent a meditation/savasana. The course will run for a total of 4 weeks, each week building on what was learned previously.
This is best suited to students who are looking to develop a foundation of their practice in preparation for a typical studio “Vinyasa 1-2” class or for those who are looking to begin a regular yoga and/or meditation practice at home.
Dates: April 12th, April 19th, April 26th & May 3rd at 7:15pm
- Meet at lululemon Queen St Store, the instructor will come to greet you.
- No late comers will be admitted up to class, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class.
